Getting the most from your Institute...
Save When You Send a Team
Feedback from previous Institutes strongly supports the benefit gained for schools that are able to send more than one delegate. To assist schools in this, we have Team Registration option which grants a $200 discount for each delegate when 3 or people from one school register. All team members must register at the same time and indicate they are registering as a team on their registration form. Each member will then complete their individual Institute registration and Course preferences.

Registration Terms and Conditions
Courses are filled strictly on a first-come, first served basis. We always endeavour to give you your best preferences, but where we have full courses, or timetabling conflicts, we may allocate you to another choice.
As in previous years we have done our best to try and offer
an extensive range of course options. However, for various
reasons, sometimes, some courses are just not popular. Courses
will be cancelled if they have insufficient registrations
and we will do our best to give you your next preference.
Please understand that because of the intensive nature of the Institute, once the program has been finalized, we are committed to our Course Leaders, and as such incur significant costs with any cancellation.
If you are unable to attend the Technology, Teaching & Learning Institute please notify us in writing 30 calendar days prior to the start of the event to request a refund. A $50 Cancellation Fee will be charged. As a preference we would encourage you to send someone in your place. To do so please call our registration centre on 03 9708 7000 and advise them of your substitution. Please do not make nonrefundable airline reservations before receiving your course confirmation email. No Cancellations or Refunds are accepted within 14 Days of the event.
Special Dietary Requests
In our enlightened age, people often have special dietary requirements, both for medical and lifestyle reasons. We will always do our best to accommodate these. We simply ask you advise of these on your registration form, and we will pass on your requirements ot the catering staff at St. Mary’s.
do not require all registrations to be accompanied by full payment,
you’ll appreciate that we do require prompt payment to
our invoices with a standard
30 days, and for all invoices to be fully paid by June 1 2004.
Following June 1, all registrations
must be accompanied by
full payment, except where registrations are completed online,
in which case, an invoice will be issued,
and on receipt of payment,
your registration will be processed.
Confirmation of your registration will be emailed to you within 48 hours after receipt of your registration. Note however that Course allocations are not confirmed until payment has been received.
