Conference Registration $495

Includes…

• All Keynote presentations, Panel presentations, breakouts and Roundtables, over two days, including any handout materials
• All meals and incidental catering including lunch on both days, the Conference Dinner Thursday evening, and tea and coffee during the Conference.

Accommodation is available at the Conference venue at a special Conference rate of $195 per night including full breakfast, in the first-class Novotel Hotel, Glen Waverley, Melbourne.

* Limited twin rooms are also available at $125 per person per night including a full breakfast.

Cost

Schooltech04 registration fee is $495 all inclusive*

To promote the national basis of this event, there is a $50 travel discount applicable for delegates from WA, NT, Qld and NZ.

Accommodation

*Accommodation at the Conference Hotel, the Novotel can also be booked with your Conference Registration. Registration fee includes all Conference costs plus meals, handouts and all sessions.

Registration Terms and Conditions

Pre Conference Courses

Pre Conference Courses are additional, and over the preceding days, and once you have registered, you will be sent information regarding registration for these. They are filled strictly on a first-come, first served basis. If a course is full you will be notified in your Registration confirmation.

Cancellations

Please understand that because of the intensive nature of the Conference, once the program has been finalized, we are committed to our Speakers, and as such incur significant costs with any cancellation.

If you are unable to attend Schooltech04 please notify us in writing 21 calendar days prior to the start of the event to request a refund. A $50 Cancellation Fee will be charged. As a preference we would encourage you to send someone in your place. To do so please call our registration centre on 03 9708 7000 and advise them of your substitution. Please do not make nonrefundable airline reservations before receiving your Conference confirmation email. No Cancellations or Refunds are accepted within 14 Days of the event.

Special Dietary Requests

In our enlightened age, people often have special dietary requirements, both for medical and lifestyle reasons. We will always do our best to accommodate these. We simply ask you advise of these on your registration form, and we will pass on your requirements to the catering staff at Novotel.

Payment Terms

Whilst we do not require all registrations to be accompanied by full payment, you'll appreciate that we do require prompt payment to our invoices with a standard 14 days, and for all invoices to be fully paid by September 20 2004. Following this date, all registrations must be accompanied by full payment, except where registrations are completed online, in which case, an invoice will be issued, and on receipt of payment, your registration will be processed.

Confirmation of your registration will be emailed to you within 48 hours after receipt of your registration.
